Ms. Lina Jiang serves as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, the Chairperson of the Board of Directors, and director since January, 2025. Ms. Jiang has over 20 years of work experience and has held core management positions at various companies. Ms. Jiang has been serving as the Chairwoman of the board of directors at Wangmao Liquor Group Co., Ltd. since June 2023. Ms. Jiang has been serving as the President of Zhiding Group Since November 2021. Ms. Jiang held the position of Vice President at Yueshang Group from May 2019 to October 2021. In July 2000, she founded Qizhi Education, where she has severed as Chairwoman, overseeing nationwide franchise development and operations. Ms. Jiang graduated from Northeast Normal University in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in English Education.

Ms. Zhai serves as our Chief Financial Officer and financial director since May 2025. She has 16 years of experience in finance. Since July 2015, she has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Wangmao Qianzhuang Liquor Industry (Beijing) Co., Ltd., where she is responsible for all functions of the finance department. She graduated in 2023 from the University of International Business and Economics with a major in Business Administration.

Since 2026, Mr Cai has been serving at Zhejiang New Rabbit Technology Co., Ltd.. Mr Cai gained 11 years of experience in NEEQ and Nasdaq, he has extensive experience in the capital market and corporate governance.

Mr.Jian Zhang graduated from Liaoning Finance Vocational College in 2007, majoring in Securities Investment and Management. Since March 2023, Mr. Zhang has served as the Chairman of Shenzhen Zhongying Ruizhi Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., primarily provides services to numerous Hong Kong and US stock exchange-listed companies as well as enterprises in the process of IPO. The company's business covers multiple core areas of the capital market, including refinancing, mergers and acquisitions, PIPE financing, investor relations (IR) management, equity structure design and optimization, compliance and information disclosure consulting. In this process, Mr. Zhang has accumulated systematic and in-depth practical experience in cross-border capital operations, corporate governance system construction, and long-term value management of listed companies.

Mr. Fang Chenxi has served as independent director of DirectBooking Technology Co., Ltd. since April 9, 2025. Mr. Fang is a Chinese national and has served as the general manager of Xiaoxiang ShijieZhibo (Hangzhou) Wangluo Keiji Co., Ltd since March 2018, where he is responsible for, among other things, the general management of the operations of the company.
